The hotel is nestled in a beautiful leafy square, perfect for our needs. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, with mine offering a view over Berkeley Square and my son's overlooking Cabot Tower. The staff were v nice and very helpful, adding a very personal touch to the small hotel. However, the adjacent room arrangement could be awkward at times. The dining experience was a nice touch, but could use more freshly made options. The location was convenient for exploring Clifton Village and Bristol.

The hotel is in a really nice location with almost new rooms and a very comfy bed. The shower room is spotless. The service is beyond helpful and welcoming, and the simple complementary breakfast is appreciated. The location is excellent, with a host of bars and restaurants just around the corner. Dining options could have been better due to the hotel not supplying hot breakfasts. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff and great value for money.
